A Houston man was arrested Dec. 9 by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on charges of DWI.
Juan Pena, 47, was transported to the Texas County Jail.
A Hartville man was arrested Monday morning by the patrol on a felony warrant from Shannon County for marijuana possession.
Marvin E. Pettibone, 42, was taken to the Texas County Jail. He was also charged with not wearing a seat belt.
