An Ellis Prairie man waived his right to a preliminary hearing last Thursday in Texas County Associate Circuit Court.
Kenny Wheeler, 67, is to appear for a formal arraignment Jan. 5 in Texas County Circuit Court, ruled Associate Circuit Judge Colin Long.
Wheeler is charged with two counts each of child molestation and sodomy.
