A Raymondville man escaped injuries Friday night in a Franklin County crash that hurt one person, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
The patrol said an eastbound Chevrolet Blazer driven by David A. Ulrich, 43, was pulling a trailer and was slowing to make a turn on Highway 30 when an eastbound 2007 Dodge Ram operated by Marcella L. Kuechler, 79, of Raymondville, struck the trailer. The force caused the trailer to overturn and the vehicle to go off the roadway, according to a patrol report.
Kuechler’s vehicle also slid off the roadway, the patrol said.
Ulrich had moderate injuries and was taken to Missouri Baptist Hospital at Sullivan. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, the patrol said.
