Two Raymondville residents riding a motorcycle sustained injuries Monday afternoon in a Dent County crash, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Troops said Ronald W. Nauta, 49, was operating a 1993 Harley Davidson southbound on Highway ZZ when he attempted to avoid an accident ahead on the roadway. He lost control, ran off the roadway and overturned, the patrol said.
Nauta and a passenger, Jerrie A. Nauta, 50, were taken to Salem Memorial Hospital. His injuries were deemed moderate; while his passenger’s condition was not as serious, the patrol said.
