A Salem man was arrested following an accident in northeast Texas County on Monday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said David G. Lee, 49, is charged with DWI – drugs, careless and imprudent driving, no proof of insurance and failing to wear a seat belt.
Members of the Licking Fire Department were called to the accident near Highways C and CC.
Lee was taken to the Texas County Jail, according to a report.
