Houston officers handled a variety of calls during the last week.

Houston police officers arrested several persons in the last week on outstanding warrants.

They were:

-Matthew J. Ramsey, 24, of 18999 Lotus Lane, on a Texas County warrant charging him with “as driver/front seat passenger 16 years or older failed to wear a seat belt.” He posted $1,000 bond on April 26.

-Adam J. Halstead, 19, of 109 Rosebud, on a City of Houston warrant charging him with DWI. He was unable to post $1,500 bond on April 26.

-Jamie K. Lewis, 33, of 309 Holt, on a City of Houston warrant charging him with failing to register a motor vehicle. She was unable to post a $1,500 bond on April 29. She also was charged with failing to exhibit insurance identification card, failed to register a motor vehicle – displayed plates of another (expired) and operated a motor vehicle with no valid operator’s license.

In other matters, police:

-Charged Ginnipher M. Ming, 17, of Bucyrus, with possession of alcohol by a minor, and Joshua D. Stallcup, 21, of 8043 Illinois Road, sold/provided alcohol to a minor on May 1.
