David Dean Russell, 60, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010.
He was born June 30, 1950, son of Lyle and Jessie Knollenberg.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and being outdoors. He loved encouraging his children.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Sharon Kay Russell; his mother; a brother, Bruce Knollenberg; a son, James Lyle Russell; and other family members.
Survivors include his wife, Celeste Russell; his parents, Lyle and Jan Knollenberg; two children, Frank Hernandez and Eric Russell; six grandchildren; and other step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services were Tuesday, Aug. 3, at Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Barbee officiating. Burial was in Craddock Cemetery.
