A Licking man failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off West Highway 32 and overturned in a crash early Wednesday, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Dewayne A. Nelson, 30, was traveling westbound when the 1:20 a.m. wreck occurred, said Tpr. Terry Nelson of the patrol.
The driver refused treatment and was taken to the Texas County Jail and held on DWI and having no insurance charges, according to a patrol report.
The vehicle, a 1994 Buick Roadmaster, was totaled.
