Angela Carlene (Reeves) Weaver

Angela Carlene (Reeves) Weaver, 48, of Rolla, Mo., left us on Sept. 2, 2012, from a massive heart attack. She was born Sept. 25, 1963, to Herbert Hoover and Geraldine (Crewes) Reeves in Cabool, Mo.

Angie grew up in Dunn, Mo., and attended school in Cabool, Mo. She married Vern Weaver on Oct. 19, 1996, in Houston, MO.

She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers, Michael and Freddy Reeves.

Angie is survived by her husband, Vernon Weaver of the home in Rolla, Mo.; her mother, Geraldine (Crewes) McCartney of Houston, Mo.; three daughters, Tabitha VanHorn of Raymondville, Mo., Tiffany Smart of Raymondville, Mo., and Riley Weaver of Rolla, Mo.; two sons, Gary Reeves of Pomona, Mo., and David Lange of Houston, Mo.; seven grandchildren, Leighanna, Kane, Carley, Katlyn, Wyatt, Jason and David, Jr.; one brother, Ricky Reeves of Houston, Mo.; and three sisters, Linda Nolte of Fenton, Mo., Pam Bunch of Rushville, Ill., and Cathy Welton of Willow Springs, Mo.

She loved gardening, canoeing with her best friend, Kim, and spending time with her kids and grandkids. Angie loved driving around in “Big Red,” taking her mom to bingo, road trips and shopping in thrift stores. One of her most favorite things to do was to take out her dentures and chase the grandkids around yelling give grandma a kiss! She was a big jokester but sure didn’t mind telling you what she thought. If you weren’t careful you may have ended up in one of her famous headlocks. Angie was a great wife, mother and grandma and will be greatly missed by many. She was taken from us all way to soon.

We all love you Mom and will be reunited once again.

Visitation is 2-3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, at Evans Funeral Home. Services are 3 p.m. at Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. Chuck Horton officiating. Pallbearers are Harvey Moore, Rusty Pendergraft, Justin Bales, Jerry Akers, Paul Welton and James Wake. Burial will be in Pine Lawn Cemetery under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.

The family respectfully request that donations be made to the Angie Weaver memorial fund c/o Evans Funeral Home in lieu of floral arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.evansfh.com.
