Four members of the Houston Police Department will be honored alongside other emergency workers during pregame ceremonies tonight for Game 1 of the Texas League Championship in Springfield.
Chief Jim McNiell, Sgt. Tim Ceplina, Dustin Hartman and Matt Woodmansee will be recognized before the game between the Springfield Cardinals and Frisco RoughRiders.
The ceremony is a tribute to emergency responders on the anniversary of 9-11.
