Revenue from three half-cent sales taxes collected by merchants was down about 14 percent each from the same period a year ago, the Missouri Department of Revenue said.
The tally from each tax was about $67,400 each. That’s down about $11,000 on each of the three taxes.
For the year, each has contributed about $702,000, which is virtually unchanged from the same nine months of 2011.
