A Houston woman escaped injury in a crash Sunday afternoon that hurt a Mountain View man.
Sgt. J.A. Cravens of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said an eastbound 2001 Nissan Altima driven by Robin M. Vest, 47, of Houston, was on Highway W about five miles south of Mountain View when it ran off the roadway, struck a ditch and fence.
A passenger, Jeffery W. Davidson, 30, was taken by private vehicle to Mercy Hospital in Mountain View.
Cravens said both drivers were wearing seat belts. The vehicle had moderate damage.
