A case set for trial will be delayed due to the lack of courtroom space, a judge decided.

The trial for a man charged with involuntary manslaughter in the 2009 death of a Houston teen has been delayed again.

Benjamin J. Crawford is charged in the death of David Foster, 18, who died in a single-vehicle accident in May 2009. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Foster consumed alcohol at the Crawford residence, and his fatal accident occurred after leaving.

After delays, the trial was to have been held this week.

According to court documents, the trial requires two days, and a courtroom was not available. It is now set to be heard June 17-18 of next year.

Charges were dropped in June 2010 against a co-defender after Judge Ronald D. White ruled that there was no probable case for the charge.
