A Cabool man was arrested late Friday in Howell County by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Authorities said Sean T. Dugan, 22, was arrested on charges of DWI and driving while suspended.
He was taken to the Howell County Jail and put on a 12-hour hold, according to a report.
