A 21-year-old man from Hollister was cited on drug charges in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Glenn D. Mordis, 21, was charged with possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, having no valid plates and not wearing a seat belt, according to a report.
Mordis was cited and released, the patrol said.
