The Houston football team earned 12 medals, include four golds, at Iron Mania 2013 Saturday in Salem.
Junior Trevor Merckling won gold in bench press, squat and hang clean. Matthew Knarr won gold in squat.
Nathaniel Alkire won silvers in the 20-yard dash and standing broad jump. Austin Shock also placed second in the broad jump, and Tristan Cooper was second in the 20-yard dash.
Cooper won bronze medals in the squat and hang clean. Merckling placed third in the 20-yard dash, and Austin Keeney finished third in the squat.
