James Lewis, 67, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at Texas County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Jan. 15, 1947, in Globe, Ariz., son of Dave and Helen Lewis. He and Ginger were married in 1968 in Hawaii.
He grew up in Globe, Ariz., and attended Globe high School. He joined the Army in 1966 and was married while on military leave from Vietnam.
His hobbies included the studying archeology, the civil war and anything related to family.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
