Kathryn Elizabeth Lowe, 63, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at Texas County Memorial Hospital.
She was born Jan. 10, 1950, in Waynesville, daughter of Joe and Geneva Hayes Rogers.
She grew up in Houston and graduated from Houston High School. She married Wayne Allen Lowe.
She was a LPN at Houston House for many years before retiring. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, working with her hands, tatting, knitting and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Rogers; and her husband, Wayne.
Survivors include her mother, Geneva, of Houston; her son, Steve, of Nixa; two grandchildren; her sister, Anita Kolarik, of Traverse City, Mich.; and many friends.
Services are 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at Evans Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Flint officiating. Visitation is 3 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
