Members of the Houston City Council decided Monday to publish the names of delinquent property owners.
The action came during a meeting of the council. Those delinquent will be listed in the Houston Herald, it decided.
The council, holding a short meeting, also is looking to amend its personnel policy to exclude persons who owe taxes and utility bills.
