A Florissant man faces drug and alcohol charges from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Ethan A. Engel, 20, was stopped Friday in Texas County and charged with possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol. He was cited and released, according to a report.
