A Cabool driver was injured in a crash Tuesday morning on U.S. 63 about two miles north of her hometown, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Myron Downey said a westbound 2000 Ford Explorer driven by Lewis A. Hill, 25, of Cabool, attempted to turn south from Highway U to U.S. 63 and was struck by a northbound 2009 Dodge Caravan operated by Terri L. Wood, 39, of Cabool.
Wood, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by private vehicle to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston. Her vehicle had moderate damage, Downey said.
Hill was not wearing a seat belt, and his SUV had minor damage, Downey said.
