Military veteran

Kenneth H. Gale, 64, of Holt, died Friday, March 22, 2013, at the Kansas City Veterans Administration Hospital.

He was born May 13, 1944, in Summersville, son of Milfred H. and Ruby Hensley Gale.

He was a high school graduate and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. After his discharge, he worked as a carpenter.

He was preceded in death by his father and an infant daughter, Connie Gale.

Survivors include his two sons, Ryan of Kansas City and Ken Gale of Webster, Wisc.; his mother, Ruby, of Webster, Wisc.; a sister, Carolyn Gale of Webster, Wisc.; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services and inurnment were Saturday, March 30, in Antioch Cemetery in Holt under the direction of Bailey & Cox Family Funeral Service of Lathrop.
