Mike Manier, who returned to his native Houston following his college graduation to successfully run several businesses, has died.
Mr. Manier, 65, died overnight following a bout with cancer.
Mr. Manier and his family have operated several businesses, including a lumber yard, surveying business and redi-mix plants at Houston and Licking. He was active in many community efforts, including on the Houston Development Co. board.
Service arrangements are pending under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
