A man from Licking was arrested late Tuesday afternoon on several charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Zachery W. Holt, 25, was arrested on felony driving while suspended, felony warrant for probation violation, failure to display valid plates and failure to maintain financial responsibility, according to a report.
He is held without bond at the Texas County Jail.
