Gary Matthew Ritz, 56, died Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Cox Medical Center-South.
He was born March 14, 1957, in St. Louis, son of Eugene and Betty Cantrell Ritz.
He enjoyed listening to rock music and had met many famous rock musicians. He loved being around his dog, Meika, and spending time with family and his many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include six siblings, Eugene, Jerry, Debra, Diana and Timothy of Licking and Janet Maddock of Imperial; and many other relatives and friends.
Services were Monday, July 29, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Paul Richardson officiating.
