A Columbia man was arrested Saturday afternoon on seven charges following a stop by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Texas County.
Nicholas R. McCallister, 24, is charged on four Shannon County warrants for failure to appear on marijuana possession, possession of narcotics equipment, making a false report and a traffic offense. He also faces charges of failure to display valid registration, having no valid operator’s license and having no proof of insurance.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
