Downtown Houston Inc. is seeking bids for two projects to be undertaken in the downtown Houston business district, including renovations to the former Melba Theatre on Grand Avenue and creation of the Lone Star Plaza Annex for use by the Houston Farmers Market and Friends of the Texas County Library.
Bids are sought for interior and exterior construction services, as well as the installation of HVAC.
