A Summersville man was arrested Tuesday night and taken to the county hospital, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Kevin R. McGuire, 45, was arrested on charges of DWI, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and wearing no seat belt.
He was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital and released, according to a report.
