Texas County Memorial Hospital will hold a ground breaking for its new tornado safe room and surgery department at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17. The groundbreaking will be held on the south side where the a hospital wing once stood.
The groundbreaking ceremony is open to the public.
