Nora Leona Woods, 89, of Yakima, Wash., died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2013, in Selah, Wash.
Mrs. Woods was born in Houston, Mo. She had lived in Yakima and Success, Mo.
She worked in fruit warehouses in Washington, as well as a nurses aide.
Survivors include three sons, Dallas Barron, James Woods and Gary Woods, all of Yakima; three daughters, Millie Ramos of Nampa, Idaho; Regina Joiner and Margaret Copeland of Yakima; two brothers, Olen Peterson and Don Peterson, also of Yakima; 30 grandchildren, 46 grand-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services were 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, in Tahoma Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of Shaw and Sons Funeral Directors of Yakima.
