A woman from Licking sustained injuries in an accident late Wednesday afternoon about three miles north of Houston on U.S. 63.
Tpr. S.J. Crewse said a northbound 2001 Buick car driven by Dorothy L. Miller, 73, travelled off the roadway, down a steep embankment and struck a tree.
Miller, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. The vehicle had extensive damage.
