A Cabool man and woman were arrested Thursday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Burbon D. Shelley, 47, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and released. Travis J. Shelley, 40, was taken to the Cabool Police Department on two warrants from the department for driving while revoked and speeding.
