A boy from Licking was injured Friday, Oct. 24, in a wreck on Highway C about one-half mile north of his hometown.

A Licking teenager was injured late Friday night in a crash on Highway C just north of his hometown, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Tilden L. Sullins, 16, was southbound in a 2003 PT Cruiser that ran off of the ride side of the roadway and overturned at about 10:57 p.m., said Sgt. Dale Pounds.

Sullins, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken with moderate injuries by private vehicle to a hospital, Pounds said. 

The vehicle was totaled. Pounds was assisted at the scene by Tpr. Marty Wiseman.
