A Cabool man was arrested Monday night in Shannon County as a felon in possession of a firearm.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Luke T. Riley, 26, was also charged with no seat belt during the 8:54 p.m. arrest. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and released.
