A Hannibal man was arrested on two charges early Sunday in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Nathan R. Hale, 33, was arrested on charges of DWI and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, the patrol said. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held for 12 hours, according to the patrol.
