The Houston seventh-grade girls’ 4×200 relay team topped a field of 15 teams to win their event last Thursday at the West Plains Ribbon Meet.
The foursome of Kelly Hubbs, Janae Huff, Kameron Hall and Callie Adey earned Houston’s lone victory at the meet.
Kim Tieu finished third in the 400 meters and triple jump for the seventh-grade girls. Hubbs was seventh in the 200 and eighth in the 100. Huff finished eighth in the triple jump.
Shelby Korte was fourth in the 100 hurdles and Elayna Sisk placed fifth in the high jump for the eighth-grade girls.
Clayton Moore was third in the 1600 for the seventh-grade boys. Dakota Burchett finished eighth in the 200.
Paydon Dixon was third in the 100 for the eighth-grade boys. He also placed eighth in the 200. CJ Lee was eighth in the 100 hurdles.
