A Cabool man faces three charges, including driving while intoxicated and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, following his arrest Tuesday afternoon in Stone County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Charles B. Burkes, 42, was taken to the Stone County Jail for a 24-hour hold. He was also charged with careless and imprudent driving involving an accident.
