A Mountain Grove woman was arrested just after midnight Thursday on four failure to appear warrants.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Allie E. Rice, 24, was taken to the Texas County Jail following the 12:02 a.m. arrest. She faces three misdemeanor failure to appear warrants with the West Plains Police Department as well as a failure to appear warrant in Howell County.
