Robert “Bob” Charles Peterson, 60, passed away suddenly Friday, March 4, 2016.
He was born July 30, 1955, in Licking, son of Robert Carl Peterson and Charmaine Burgdorf McDonald. He and Dena Elaine Hildreth were married June 4, 1994.
After graduating in 1973, he joined the Navy and served for six years.
He enjoyed working and teaching as a master gardener. He loved demolition derbies.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dena; his father, Robert; and a sister, Joyce Ann Morris.
Survivors include his mother, Charmaine McDonald; a daughter Chana Greene; his siblings, Rickie Moncrief, Bill Peterson, Pat Johnson, Pete Peterson, Mike Peterson, Terry McDonald, Sherry McDonald, Dwayne McDonald, Christina Kay; and many other family members.
Services were Monday, March 7, at Fox Funeral Home with Pastor Erin McConnell officiating. Burial with full military honors was in Licking Cemetery.
