Susan Kay Schondel, 59, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016, in Licking.
She was born Jan. 24, 1957, in Oklahoma, daughter of Charles and Beverly Blankenship.
She was a medical transcriptionist 19 years at Texas County Memorial Hospital. She was a single mother and loved her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Alan.
Survivors include two children, Alisha Eastep and Adriana Blankenship; six grandchildren; her mother, Beverly; two sisters, Nancy and Donna; and two brothers, Chuck and Jeff.
Memorial services are 2 p.m. Saturday, March 26, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Maggie Kraemer officiating.
