Aldys Jean Jameson, 66, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Mercy Villa in Springfield.

She was born May 30, 1949, in San Diego, Calif., daughter of Albert and Lorraine Sinkler Brown. She and Clifford Jameson were married June 23, 1987.

She loved fishing and spending time with her family and two dogs, Sneakers and Patches.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford; and her father, Albert.

Survivors include her mother, Lorraine Brown of Clinton; three children, Tommy Goss and Tammy Collins of Springfield and Jamey Jameson of Bourbon; three grandchildren; a brother, Allen Brown of Colorado Springs; four sisters, four sisters, Karen Riggs of San Diego, Calif., Kathy Dial of Romona, Calif., Diane Rose of Warsaw and Marlene Mossinghoff of St. Louis; and numerous other family members.

Services were Saturday, April 9, at Evans Funeral Home with Pastor David Barbee officiating. Burial was in Friendship Cemetery.
