A Mountain Grove man was arrested and held without bond Tuesday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Donny L. Crisel, 49, faced a felony warrant from Michigan for child neglect. He was also charged with failing to move left for an emergency vehicle, no valid operator’s license, no seat belt and no insurance.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
