The Houston Garden Club announced winners of its lawn of the month contest.
Taking top honors was Bodie Williams, 1115 Wyn. Other winners: Stephanie Lewis and Allen Fuwell, 1133 Charles, second; and Oneta Farris, 1005 Ozark, third. Honorable mention went to Mary Kirkman, 1113 John.
Taking the business award was Houston Family Dentistry, 321 S. Second St.
