Jana Denise Collins, 62, of Houston, passed away Friday, May 27, 2016, at Houston House.

She was born Feb. 3, 1954, in Washington, Ind., daughter of John and Juanita Devine Workman.

She loved playing bingo and going to the casinos to play the slots. Her greatest love was being around her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Geno Collins.

Survivors include a daughter, Amanda Lassiter of Houston; four sons, Alex, Taylor, Bobby and Mike Collins; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

No services are planned. Cremation was under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
