Glen Eli Morgan Sr. passed away Monday, June 20, 2016.
He was born Oct. 24, 1942, in Mounds, Ark., son of Eli Whitney and Anna Belle Twitty Morgan.
He worked as a mechanic and farmer most of his life –– with the exception of when he lived in California and worked for Chevrolet.
He enjoyed raising watermelons, farming and gardening. He enjoyed tinkering around outside, listening to country music, drinking coffee, going to flea markets and selling produce from his gardens.
He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior on May 24, 2016, at Licking Christian Church.
Survivors include four children, Glen Eli Morgan Jr. and Robert Lee Morgan of Licking, Wendy of Las Vegas Nev., and Kellie Marie Swanson of Bethel Heights Ark.; a brother, Charles Vaughn Lee; two sisters, Linda Sue and Carletta; eight grandsons; two granddaughters; one great-grandson; two great-granddaughters; and a host of other family members.
Memorial services were Saturday, June 25, at Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Rick Mosher officiating.
