The Star Dramatic Company of Willow Springs is seeking men and women who can speak with British accents for an October production.
The company will present “Run for your Wife,” by Ray Cooney, a fast-paced British comedy that has drawn positive reviews from several publications.
Auditions are scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, July 15; and 3 p.m. Sunday, July 17 at the Church of the Brethren in Cabool (1003 Garst St.). Rehearsals are scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning July 26.
Performances at the Star Theater in Willow Springs are set for 7 p.m. Oct. 14, 15, 21 and 22 and 2 p.m. Oct. 16 and 23.
Three actresses and five actors are sought to portray characters ranging in age from early 30s to mid-60s. The production will be directed by Craig Fowler.
