The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• James P. Charlton, 50, of Harrisonville, was processed and released Saturday in Texas County on multiple drug-related charges. He was cited with felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drugs up to 35 grams of marijuana.
• Ester M. Gann, 39, of Licking, was arrested Friday and held without bond. She was wanted on a fraud warrant (insufficient funds) from Phelps County, having no proof of insurance and wearing no seat belt.
