A benefit and dinner is planned for an employee of a Houston business that received serious injuries in a crash July 1.
Danyelle Powell was injured in a single car rollover accident that left her ina Springfield intensive care unit.
She has since been moved to Select Specialty Hospital in Springfield.
A silent auction, bake sale, pulled pork dinner and music is planned from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. July 30 at Corner Express, West Highway 17 and South Sam Houston Blvd.
Organizers said they wanted to help with medical expenses.
