A Lebanon man was arrested following an accident Thursday afternoon on U.S. 60 north of Willow Springs, the patrol said.
Brent C. Poe, 42, was driving an eastbound 2000 GMC Sierra that hydroplaned and travelled off the left side of the roadway and overturned, the patrol said.
Poe, who was wearing a seat belt, was arrested on charges of DWI and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. He was released to an ambulance crew who transported him to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston with moderate injuries.
Cpl. Terry Nelson said the vehicle was totaled.
