Consider the Lilies Vintage Floral Co., owned and operated by Joy Hinkle and her husband Roger, has moved from the McCloud Center on South U.S. 63 to a building a mile or so north on the same highway, next door to Burch Insurance. Hinkle will continue to offer various specialty silk and fresh floral arrangements for all occasions, along with repurposed and "redefined" furnishings and other items (such as clothing and household goods), gifts for babies, Joy's unique "junk jewelry" and an array of "industrial lighting" made by Roger out of all manner of metal (from bicycle wheels to chicken feeders). One of the store's primary focuses is repurposing, and customers can buy things already on display, or bring items in to get the treatment. Hinkle said that coming soon, the store will also be a full-service bridal headquarters, with planning, decor and everything else for weddings. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. For more information, call 417-967-0263.
